- Franchise Fee: ₹25,000/- (No Renewal Charges)
- Minimum Student Pass-out Requirement: 30 students per year (penalty if not achieved).
- Benefits: Unlimited admissions allowed. Only student certificate charge applicable.
- Eligibility: Director must be a graduate with a computer diploma.
- Infrastructure Requirement: 10 Computers, 2 Classrooms, 4 Staff, 500 sq. ft. area.
- Center Rules: All student data must be updated for enrollment numbers. Failure leads to exam restrictions or penalties.
- Monitoring: D.C.I. executives can visit centers anytime. Misconduct, illegality, or poor teaching leads to franchise cancellation.
- Location Policy: Existing franchises have a 3 km exclusive area. New centers are allowed beyond that.
